Small Projects invites you to Alfred Marasigan's solo show Stream. In what Marasigan calls “collaborative occurrences,” Stream pays homage to place, light, and the moment – all of which are recurring elements in his body of work.

Alfred Marasigan (b. 1992) is a visual artist from the Philippines. He graduated magna cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2013 with a BFA in Information Design and a Loyola Schools Award for the Arts (Graphic Design). In 2015, he became a First Round Winner (General Category) of Art Olympia: International Open Art Competition in Tokyo, Japan. Last March 2016, he had his first solo show in the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). He is currently taking up his MA in Contemporary Art at Kunstakademiet i Tromsø, Norway.

Marasigan’s works have also been exhibited and published in Galleri Snerk (Tromsø), The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA (Los Angeles), c3 Contemporary Art Space (Melbourne), Galerie Métanoïa (Paris), Poh Chang Academy (Thailand), CURA Magazine (New York), Metropolitan Museum of Manila (Manila), and Ateneo's Heights (Quezon City), among others.
